We are having difficulty accessing our new account for the first time. Is anyone else new to this site experiencing the same issues. We have been attempting to access our Resort Weeks account for several days and have not been successful.
Decent selection of resorts. Although we don't see our favorite spots on specials much, we get good rates with concierge help. Cruise planning gets a bit tricky, but money saved is good.
We've been using this program for several years and absolutely love it! The team is always helpful and quick to respond to any queries. We would never have been able to afford the type of vacation accommodations we can get through this service, so it has truly transformed our travel experiences!

I absolutely enjoy concierge service. They whole team makes it an effortless experience. I have been on several vacations already and all logistics were executed perfectly. My husband and I took wonderful 4 weeks trip across Italy earlier in the year and it was fabulous - we all are still talking about it! Very professional service and great attention to details. We have been semi-retired for two years when we joined. Our friends had a timeshare at Golf Resort in Florida and they always complained about fees, but loved the villa and corses. We decided to try this program instead. We stayed at Bahama Bay in Orlando, great condo neat Saint Simmons Island in Georgia. We saved a lot so far. This purchase was a retirement travel policy. We know we will be able to afford to travel comfortably.
Just returned from a week in lovely Newport Beach, CA. First time using the program, and we are pleased to report that it went great! Girls at member services set us up for beautiful two bedroom villa right on the beach. Amenities were incredible. We sat on the open deck outside every night, enjoying warm breeze and calmness of the ocean. All of our requests were filled: the owner even let us use some of his beach equipment. We spent a third of it usually costs us! We started referring people already. Thank you guys.
We joined for savings on bundled deals. We both have extensive family in Europe so far has been much better with prices as everything we have seen before. We had to change our plans and make couple additional stops within Europe and flights offers we found were not that great. Getting car rentals sometimes is a hassle too. But overall we are pleased.
Our in laws had a time share for many years and we often went with them. We loved the condos and amenities, but did not like the idea of owning one much. This is much better way to go. We love the villas, when we feel like it, but we get great savings on cruises and package deals also. We have grown kids and they are able to travel their way: one just came back from Barbados trip. We are happy with our choice.
We love effortless booking experience! We just tell them when and where and immediately there are multiple options to choose from. I never even thought of visiting Greece and Egypt, but it was fascinating! We are both huge history nuts and the trip to ancient civilizations grounds was very special. I loved Acropolis and Karnak Temple. Everything was taken care of: from hotel transfers to area tours. Looking forward to more discoveries soon.
